Immediately following the Christchurch earthquakes, Gregg Builders was asked to build all of the villas owner of Russley Village; setting new standards for retirement living in Christchurch.

Thirty architectural villas were built as well as the community clubhouse and nine two-storey apartments.

Project Details

These buildings were all designed by Dalman Architecture and were appointed and finished to the highest standard.

Project details

Features include designer kitchens with granite tops, gas fires, fully-tiled bathrooms and full landscaping, so new owners were presented with a total turn-key package.
